Adult Registration
You have chosen to begin the Adult Registration process. This process is for adults, college students and individuals aged 18 or older. In some instances an individual 18 years or older is being registered by a parent or guardian, and in these instances, the Child / Adolescent Registration process may be the more appropriate choice.

The Adult Registration process allows you to register on-line for an assessment and / or testing with Dr. Newton and download the appropriate forms necessary to prepare for your first session.

Child or Adolescent Registration
You have selected the Registration process for a child or adolescent. This registration process allows you to register a minor child on-line for an assessment and / or testing with Dr. Newton and download the appropriate forms necessary to prepare for your first session.

Risk Assessment Child / Adult
This is a specialized assessment procedure that most often arises from an urgent request to assess a student or adult for risk of self-harm or danger to others. This is not a standard testing assessment process, and only families or individuals directed by Dr. Newton to register for a Risk Assessment should proceed.

Family Law
You are choosing to register for a Family Law Assessment. This could be a Custody Evaluation, Emergency Screening or Brief Focused Assessment. You may have agreed and stipulated to this assessment or the court may have ordered this evaluation process. In either event, please complete the registration process and download the Family Law document packet from the Forms section of this website after submitting your registration form on line.

You are choosing to register as a Family Law Client of Dr. Newton for non-assessment reasons. Roles may include expert witness, custody or post-evaluation consultation, recommending mediation or parent coordination or other professional family law roles. Please complete and submit the registration form and Dr. Newton will advise you about forms and consents.
